It was a promotional item given away with tea from the Barbour Company of Saint John, New Brunswick, Canada. The card is a memento of the 100th anniversary celebrations of Canadian Confederation in 1967 and is slightly yellowed with age. It is made of thin cardboard and measures 5.5 x 6.5 cm.
